Taika

Barb–Appaloosa mix mare, born on 08.04.2013 from the lead mare of Alfons Cotti’s Alp Flix horses in the mountain pastures of Graubünden.

Fine in build and called “the misunderstood one” because it took a while to understand whether she was a balanced mare suitable for us. From the very beginning I felt that she had a good soul, but that she did not really know how to approach people. At first unstable and insecure, swinging between good and bad, she is now sweet and kind, very self-confident. It makes her nervous to stay at the back of her group; on trail rides she loves to lead and, with a determined step, she faces every challenge.

Her owners are from Mesocco, but Taika will spend several years with us, and we are very happy and proud of that!
