Our horses

The horses of LeventinaWestern live year-round in a natural herd environment, in open stabling across the wide pastures of our Azienda Agricola Marachiei in Osco and the mountain alpine meadows of the Leventina region. They grow and live as horses are meant to — together. Freedom of movement and natural herd dynamics allow them to develop balanced, reliable characters. Living outdoors in every season, grazing daily on varied terrain and in all weather conditions, they become sure-footed, resilient, and mentally steady. This natural lifestyle shapes horses that are calm, trustworthy, and adaptable in every situation. Whether during our introductory programs for children, relaxed forest rides, or multi-day mountain treks, our horses respond with the same quiet strength and generosity.
